Every project is governed by a written services agreement covering scope, revisions, ownership, payment and cancellation. Published prices apply to the scope listed on our pricing section. Work outside that scope is quoted before it starts.
Payments
Launch Page, Logo Kit, add-ons and the Storm Launch promo are paid 100% upfront. Sites, Shopify, Brand Identity and App Starters are 50% deposit and 50% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly or annually.
Design-first guarantee
Before we write any code, you see your homepage design. Look at it, ask for the included revision round, look again. If it still is not for you, tell us and we refund your deposit in full (for Storm Launch and Launch Page, that is the full amount you paid). You keep nothing and owe nothing. That is the whole rule.
Ownership
You always own your domain and content. Site files are handed over on request (Storm Launch sites after the 3-month care minimum).
